CAO Amazon Basin Extra Anejo Cigars bring a tropical treasure to life and continues the brand's rich dedication to innovative, full-power tobacco. The latest in the popular Anejo line, Amazon Basin distinguishes itself from the beginning.
Artfully built from a blend of Colombian, Dominican, and Brazilian tobacco, the secret to its success lies in its Brazilian Bragança leaf. Grown in the fertile Amazon soil under specific conditions to capture the unique flavor, the harvested leaves are tightly packed into carottes and fermented for a full six months.
Finally, it’s transported by canoe up the Amazon River to be blended, capped with a Nicaraguan binder, and rolled into a prime Ecuadorian Sumatran wrapper.
